    The implementation project managed by E-Dea targeted the delivery of a full integrated reservation system to support the Grimaldi Line core processes including scheduling, products configuration, pricelist configuration, special offers, packages and much more. Thanks to its straightforward design, the system allows Grimaldi Lines to properly manage special offers, and flexible prices to maximize seasonable revenue.
    The main challenge was to implement a system with an aggressive time to market constraints and with requirement to design an harmonized solution ready to be “extended” to the others Grimaldi Group’s companies operating in the Mediterranean sea.
    The key benefits from the new system include an increased process efficiency introduced by the use of one single integrated platform and given the multi-company system capability. The advanced pricing tool provided by eBooking® enable a stronger business agility in the creation of sale offers, while accounting engine enables the shortening of the revenue cycle process.
