The core component of ACE program is the streamlining  of Booking, Ticketing and Check-in  services (BTC project).

    About E-Dea Solutions:

The process has been facilitated by the E-Dea implementation project methodology, improved through years of development of solutions for the ferries industry.
The system is designed to enable BC Ferries to provide targeted marketing and value-add services, establish a strong revenue management approach and enable future implementation of demand management through increased advanced purchase incentives and price flexibility.
E-Dea is working closely with BC Ferries and other vendors on the BTC implementation project.
The future BC Ferries’ business model is expected to significantly improve customer experience, increase business agility, drive increased ridership, optimize revenue and reduce operating costs through demand management.
